What are CARDIO CLASSES?

Cardio classes are 30 minutes long, high intensity circuit-based classes and are led by our qualified trainers. They include a mixture of machine-based cardio, some core work, and bodyweight cardio.

No matter your current fitness level, these classes are easily scalable to challenge you just the right amount! Our cardio classes are a great compliment to strength training and are included in all Bedford and Bedford Plus memberships.
